Deborah Verderame, AIA, ASID, LEED AP

The firms founding Principal, Deborah Verderame AIA, ASID, LEED AP former owner of Verderame Architecture & Interior Design PLLC, a WBE Enterprise, brings over 25 years of diverse experience to the firm. She personally oversees both large and small scaled projects for major corporate and educational institutions and is a proven leader in strategic planning as well. A firm believer in a holistic approach to design, she is known for her ability to lead a consensus-driven process focusing the team on integrated design and technical innovation. In addition to her strong interior design skills, she works closely with the client to fully understand design motivation, initiative and company culture to further develop and hone their branding.

Deborah is a registered architect as well as a licensed Interior Designer in the state of New York. She is a US Green Building Council LEED Accredited Professional.

Elvis J. Cale, AIA, LEED AP, NCARB

Principal, Elvis J. Cale, AIA, LEED AP, NCARB is responsible for managing the day to day operational aspects of the office including development of design scope and project objectives for each of the firm’s various project types. Elvis brings a wealth of design experience, from site feasibility studies to managing and the planning the implementation of scope, goals and project deliverables. Most notably, Elvis takes special pride in bringing a high level of aesthetic attention to all of the firms projects while ensuring each client is tended to personally and assured their needs and initiatives are heard and developed efficiently and economically.

Elvis is a registered architect in the state of New York. He is a US Green Building Council LEED Accredited Professional, and he holds a certification from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
